From San Jose Airport:

Take Airport Boulevard to Brokaw Road follow Brokaw Road East, left on Ringwood Drive, right on Concourse Drive.

From San Francisco Airport:

Take Highway 101 south to North 1st Street, left on First Street, right on Brokaw, left on Ringwood Drive, right on Concourse Drive.

From Oakland Airport:
